    Our classes are the perfect introduction to movement.

    These first years, students develop body awareness, rhythm, flexibility, coordination, and confidence

    while learning introductory technique and terminology as stepping stones while graduating to higher levels of consciousness, through fitness, that will benefit them for the rest of their lifes.

  • Preschool Dance Classes

    Ballet / Tap Combo

    Our 45-minute dance classes combine a ballet-structured class with a friendly setting, where your little one is comfortable, their school with their friends. Dancers begin class with Ballet - being introduced to beginner technique with a warm-up then perform exercises across the floor. Halfway through class, dancers change into Tap shoes and learn beginner tap dance rhythm and movements.

    Acrobatics / yoga stretch

    Acrobatics (also known as Acro or AcroDance) has the same structure as the ballet but we focus on safe floor tumbles and flexability. It is the beautiful fusion of classic dance technique and the precision and athleticism of acrobatic elements. Often defined by unique choreography, acro dancers seamlessly blend musicality, emotional expression, line and extension.

    We are a ACROBATIC ARTS Certified Studio: using curriculum-based AcroDance classes appropriate for students in each skill level which encourages steady progression for each child.

  • Kids Yoga

    Preschool Yoga, ages 2-5 (45 min)

    Come stretch, breathe, move, dance, relax, create, and have FUN! These classes will include age-appropriate yoga and movement- including breathing, poses, games, stories, music, relaxation, meditation, and more. Your little yogi will get to practice fine and gross motor skills, social and group skills, and begin to learn mindfulness and breathing/calming tools.

    Elementary Yoga, grades 6-up (45 min)

    This class gives elementary aged yogis an opportunity to build their focus, strength, flexibility, mindfulness, and self-management. Using games, music, and activities, this class explores yoga poses, breathing techniques, mindfulness, mind-body connection, emotions and self-calming tools, and more… while still being playful and fun! This class will frequently include a small craft, activity, or reflective project as well as we explore strategies to cope with stress and difficult situations. Open to all elementary grades K-5, no experience needed.

    Mats are included.

  • Ninjas

    Ninja is a fun and energetic workout designed to build strenght, coordination, and confidence in kids. It focuses on functional movments-like running, jumping, squatting, and climbing, scaled to be safe and appropriate of their age.

    This is a 45min class offered at your school weekly.
